She has worked for various donor agencies and international non-governmental and governmental organisations. Has over 20 years experience in programme management and evaluation as well as organisational development in nonprofit sector. She is a skilled trainer and a regional advisor / expert on Trauma Healing, Peace building and Development.

  • Coordinates and supervises all the financial and programme administration duties such as the Human Resource, Service Contracts,
  • Procurement of the materials
  • Administrative and financial management & the compiling of financial and program reports

Qualifications

He holds Bachelor of Science Degree, He has over 10 years experience in program and financial management in private and non-profit sector. He has excellent reporting skills; has managed donor funds with the USAID, UNDP and UNICEF and he has worked with other partners on community mobilization and sensitization, project implementation and reporting.

She holds a Degree in Communication and Media Technologies from Maseno University, French from Alliance Francaise. She has excellent Front office administration as well as project coordination, and reporting. She has also worked with various companies and believes in continuous learning. Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing related results as required.

Responsibilities

As the accounts officer, Rachel:

  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries,
  • Documents and substantiates financial transactions,
  • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures, reconciles financial records by collecting and analyzing account information

Qualifications

As an accountant Rachel has more than 18 years of experience in accounting and audit duties.

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical and advisory support to the project
  • Assists in development, implementation and monitoring of project activities in line with the program objectives

Qualifications

Richard holds a Degree in Justice, Peace & Conflict Studies and has experience in program implementation with non-governmental organizations in Kenya and USA
